The Q41F ball valve has two structural forms: full bore and reduced bore. For ball valves used in pipelines conveying viscous and slag-prone media, full bore type should be adopted to facilitate the passage of regular wax scraping and pigging devices. For pipelines conveying gas or media with physical properties similar to water, reduced bore ball valves are preferred, as they are approximately 30% lighter than full bore ball valves, which helps reduce pipeline load and lower costs. A ball valve is a rotary valve with a 90° rotation angle, featuring excellent sealing performance. (Full bore ball valve) It has a large flow coefficient, small flow resistance coefficient, simple structure, long service life, and is easy to maintain. It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By selecting different materials, it can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc.
